Just living in Pittsburgh and going up and down steps and hills I had taken being in fairly good shape for granted. After retiring I moved to Florida to be closer to grandchildren. I took for granted that walking five miles a day on a flat beach would keep me in shape. Long story, sort of short, after becoming a widow and two knee replacements from years of teaching Aerobic Dancing, I came back to Pittsburgh. I became more sedentary and could no longer walk up and down hills nor climb up and down steps. Additionally my balance was completely gone. I learned about Dan and started working with him twice a week in the small gym in my condo. As I became stronger I increased my workouts to three times a week. In the beginning I had difficulty getting on and off the equipment and was completely out of breath. My strength in my legs and arms have greatly improved. And my balance is almost completely back. Believe me when I say Dan will not treat you with kid gloves. I intend to go out of this world on my feet not in a wheelchair! Do yourself a favor and start working out with Dan!

I saw on PTL back in February 2025 and began my first 12 week session in March working with Hal. I know I would not have kept a gym membership and love the convenience to work out at home. Hal and Dan have helped set up a fitness program teaching you what workouts to do and the correct way. It has challenged me but is encouraging with positive reinforcement I get from Hal. Hal’s has been great and enjoy working with him.
